Fighter, is all about large Swords and heavy Meele damage.

Ranger, is range weapons, and speed.

Mage, cast Spells and use ancient magic artifacts.

Cleric are somewhere between a Priest and a Fighter. Think Knights Templar.

First You have to design Your character abilities.
Make them super strong, but dump as a trash can..
Or super smart, but unable to life anything, but a wand.?

You also get 4 Non-weapon skills, like Running, swimming, Armour Lore…

When You reach Level 10, you can change to a new class, or stay in your class and become a specialist.

Ranger + Cleric = Blessedy Arrows, that Give +1 Holy Damage, to undeads.

Maybe if I ever get to it….
When You reach Level 10, you can choose Light or Dark side… With a new range of abilities.
